Although a separate not-for-profit entity, its financial results are consolidated with Adventist Health. WHR has a separate membership and board, although management of the organization overlaps significantly with Adventist Health. Its holdings include:

• Home medical equipment
• Infusion therapy services
• Hospital charitable trusts for the purpose of fundraising
