Mobile Shower Trailer
Our mobile shower trailer stands as a beacon of compassion, offering more than just a place to clean up. It symbolizes dignity, respect, and a commitment to the well-being of our most vulnerable community members. In a world where basic hygiene can be a luxury for some, our mobile shower trailer serves as a lifeline, providing a clean, safe space for individuals to refresh their bodies and spirits. With each shower taken, we not only cleanse away physical dirt but also wash away stigma and restore a sense of humanity. Every interaction within the trailer is a reminder that everyone deserves access to basic necessities and a chance to reclaim their dignity.
Hope Center
Hope Center is a 21-bed low barrier interim housing program located in Clearlake CA. Hope Center opened on December 2, 2020, and was operated by Hope Rising until May 13, 2023, when Adventist Health assumed operations under our Community Health Programs.
Restoration House
Restoration House provides recuperative care in a communal living environment. Services are available to individuals experiencing homelessness or inadequate housing, and who have acute or chronic medical conditions that would hinder their healing while living on the streets or in inadequate living environments. This is a 12-bed facility that offers daily meals, shared bedrooms, laundry facilities, and gated outdoor space.
Community Support Services
Community support services are essential for promoting and maintaining community health. These services encompass a wide range of programs and resources designed to address the diverse needs of community members. They include Housing Navigation Service, Housing Deposit and Housing Tenancy and Sustaining Services. These services also play a crucial role in addressing social determinants of health, such as housing, education, and employment, which significantly impact overall well-being. Through collaboration with local organizations, healthcare providers, and government agencies, community support services create a robust network of care that empowers individuals to lead healthier, more fulfilling lives. By fostering a supportive and inclusive environment, these services enhance the quality of life for all community members and contribute to the overall health and resilience of the community.
