Originally from Asmara, Eritrea (Horn of Africa), Abraha earned his medical degree from Trinity School of Medicine, St. Vincent & the Grenadines. Abraha made the change from a pharmacist to physician so he could have a more direct impact and connection with his patients. He’s passionate about addressing issues in health literacy and providing quality care to his patients.

Jeremiah O'Connor, DO

Resident Physician

Originally from Concord, New Hampshire, Dr. O’Connor earned his medical degree from Touro University of California, School of Osteopathic Medicine. His journey to medicine was inspired from growing up on a remote island with limited access to healthcare. He discovered his love for family medicine through the connections he made with his patients, having healthcare-oriented conversations and servicing the needs of the community.

Originally from Simi Valley, CA, Dr. Sanders earned her medical degree from Touro University of California, School of Osteopathic Medicine. She finds being a family medicine physician gives her the opportunity to build longstanding relationships, serve her community, hone her skills and provide effective, whole person care to patients of all ages.

Originally fromRiverside, CA, Verghese earned his medical degree from Ross School of Medicine, St. Michael, Barbados. Verghese was inspired to become a physician after he witnessed the struggles to basic healthcare faced by the underserved communities.

Madina Khamosh, MD

Resident Physician

She graduated from St. George's University School of Medicine.
Growing up, she was fascinated by the complexity of the human body
and the ways physicians can help others through medicine. As a
native Californian, she realized that with Family Medicine, she would
have patients of all ages and be able to provide and coordinate proper
care while establishing relationships of compassion and empathy.
She believes in a holistic approach and genuinely enjoys learning
about each patient’s lifestyle, level of education, language barriers,
and home environment to personalize plans and health education.
Family Medicine provides a powerful platform to allow her to support
and care for her future patients.

Ian O’Sullivan, MD

Resident Physician

He attended the University of Pecs in Hungary, where he completed
his MD and PhD after a bachelor's in NUI Galway, Ireland. His desire to
practice medicine for all ages and backgrounds led him to family
medicine, and he hopes to guide his patients to healthier lifestyles
with knowledge, heart, and passion.

Iman Tassavor, MD

Resident Physician

He graduated from the University of Toledo College of Medicine,
where he completed a summer Family Medicine preceptorship and
had rotations in underserved areas of northwestern Ohio. His journey
began with MiMentor (a pre-health community) in northern California,
learning about the significance of addressing social determinants of
health. This experience fueled his dedication to community health and
inspired him to pursue medicine. Committed to serving as a primary
care physician, Iman aims to give back to the community by
addressing healthcare disparities and improving access for
underserved areas in California, particularly in the Central Valley.

Dr. Vasilyan was raised in Glendale, CA. He earned his medical degree from the American University of the Caribbean, St. Maarten. His decision to pursue medicine was inspired by the care he provided his grandmother during an illness, which fostered a commitment to address cultural healthcare disparities. Dr. Vasilyan is passionate about family medicine and values the continuity of care and the direct impact he can have on patients lives through encouragement and education. Dr. Vasilyan is committed to enriching quality of care through empathy and spirituality, spreading the love of Jesus Christ in his benevolent approach to patients.
