Your primary care provider can guide you toward the right treatment based not just on what’s happening today, but what’s been going on in your life over time. We partner with you to coordinate your whole-person care, from wellness visits and chronic care to specialty care and in-house licensed therapists.

As part of OHSU Health, our primary care providers also connect you with an entire network of specialists, urgent care clinics, emergency care and Oregon’s only academic medical center.

Our primary care is designed to be convenient for you. Many clinics offer next-day or same-day appointments for urgent conditions. We also offer:
