Helping our community stay healthy
Your health and well-being is our passion. We are committed to providing health, outreach, prevention, and educational opportunities outside of our facility to meet people where they are.
Along with physical health, mental, emotional and spiritual wellness are just as important to our overall well-being. When we are emotionally healthy, we feel better about ourselves, have good relationships and think positively. Spiritual wellness helps us realize our meaning and purpose, connects us to God and increases our capacity for love, joy and fulfillment. Community Well-Being is meant to come along side the people and organizations who impact the social determinants of health to see how we can form a blueprint of overall well-being.
Project HOPE is one of our greatest community well-being outreach programs, providing solutions to emergent needs through gifts from generous sponsors. Talk to your care team if you need assistance.
Community Sponsorships are available to support community organizations that are tied directly to Adventist Health’s mission and that address the priority areas outlined in the Community Health Needs Assessment.
